The front garden has a lovely table and seating, perfect for hosting a summer BBQ. The nearest food shop is just a brisk 10-minute walk away - good exercise before indulging in all that food. The friendly hosts will surely make you feel welcome, even if you're a bit odd. The simple complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, especially if you're a fan of simplicity. The communal space offers free access to a PC, TV, and DVD player, so you won't miss out on your favorite shows.
Who needs a curfew anyway? Not me, apparently, because there isn't one.

The hostel had a great location, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Gyllynvase beach and the Princess Pavillion. the kitchen was small but well-arranged, making it easy to cook and prepare meals. - the atmosphere of the place was wonderful, with a social feel but also the option to have your own space. - the rooms were spacious, warm, and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. - the hostel had an eco-friendly feel to it, which was a nice touch.
The communal kitchen could get crowded at times, making it a bit difficult to prepare meals. The hostel only offered a simple breakfast, so bringing your own items was necessary.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lodge Backpackers. the house was bright and a bit quirky, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. the generous kitchen and public spaces were perfect for socializing. We also enjoyed the lovely outside space. It was an ideal place for our one night stay, and we wished we could have stayed longer. Judi, our host, clearly went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Cons: Nothing, everything was great! 😊.

The hostel had a warm and friendly atmosphere, and we immediately felt at home. The communal kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed the free breakfast of toast and fruit. The lounge and front garden were cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the hostel's environmental principles. The location was excellent, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away and the town easily accessible. Whether you're a young backpacker, a family, or a group, I highly recommend this unique and cute hostel. It was the perfect end to our South West Coast path adventure. I highly recommend this hostel for a nice and budget-friendly stay.

The lodge had cozy rooms with all the facilities we needed, including a DVD player, stovetop, and oven, perfect for our family movie nights and cooking together. The host, Judi, was incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. She even baked a delicious banana cake for our family and treated us to free tea in the mornings. The hostel's location was fantastic, just a short 3-minute walk to a popular beach where the kids had a blast. We would highly recommend this place for families looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay in Falmouth.
My children wanted more outdoor activities for kids.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location of the hostel was great, within walking distance of both the train station and the beach. The common areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests.
The common rooms were temporarily closed during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. the kitchen could have benefited from a more modern cooking stove.
